We, Ulrike Rose and Paula Oster, develop contemporary and forward-thinking ideas, concepts, projects and campaigns for women's monasteries and the surrounding cultural landscapes. We actively support monastic communities with our know-how in Baukultur, communication, cultural studies and business management. At the same time, we build bridges between the sisters and those in search of auratic places and advise both sides on the careful transformation into the future.
The cooperation starts with a personal preliminary meeting and an informal exchange about the task, the most important parameters, project participants and the project budget.
This is followed by a joint on-site inspection of the objects/properties.
In a first feedback meeting, the task including first steps is structured.
After that, the on-site phase starts: determination of an overview, photographic recording of the actual state, the previous use, first ideas for a future suitability, research of possible challenges.
Interviews with different actors, responsible persons and with local residents.
Regular feedback meetings with the client/jour fix, presentation of initial measures.
Development of a feasibility study for future uses, initial profitability calculations, target groups and target group approach, design approaches, activation of the extensive networks (Baukultur, design, art).
